Your heart rate slows when you are in the water as part of the mammalian response to move body heat to your core. As a result, the blood pressure should decrease as well. This will change from diver to diver but I wouldn't be surprised if one day at dema someone came out with a dive computer...
Still below. I tried to dive it this past Wednesday and the water was tannic with 5ft of vis at best less than a foot at worse. The top 10 ft was 61 degrees so deeper it's probably 58 to 60.

I was wondering if anyone has used this light with a go pro setup. The performance looks great and the light seems like a good price.

The reports from the gulf sites, in the 80 to 100 ft depth range, have temps in the mid 60s. The marine weather is usually unpredictable this time of year so trips are rare. I would check with Niuhi dive charters and the scuba shack for trips. The shore sites have had temps in the low 50s with...
The current can get pretty kicking at times, usually when there is more water moving through. There are plenty of rocks to hold onto, usually if you catch the tide right it's not that bad.
I'm definitely not afraid of the cold.... ( i dove 50 degrees wet this past friday) If my regs and computer come back from servicing at the shop I will shoot you a message and we can make a plan.

I don't know if you will be in the area yet, but there is a group getting together at vortex new years eve at 10 for some diving if you are interested.
I was considering a semi dry. I've heard of some people installing a p valve in them. Mostly because the water exchange isn't very much so you don't want to pee in it like a wet suit.
Has anyone tried that with this one?
How much, if any, squeeze do you get at depth? I read a customer review...
Along with the mask maybe being a little too tight, she might also be biting down on the mouthpiece a little too hard which will let water in around the nose and mouth.

The whiskey wreck would be a great idea for the 12th. The surf report that day is flat, all day, and with the recent tropical storm that moved through, there might be more of the wreck uncovered.
