Hi Frank, Are Federations empowered to have an option to slightly modify the course? I mean here in the Philippines, they have split the 2 Star into 2 Star Advance Openwater and 2 Star Rescue Diver. I haven't seen the 2 Star Rescue though but I will be taking it by next week. Thank you.
