kajman are not russian, they are made in poland by the engeener who run to US, and the reg have a din conection so what the problem to fit in to the cylinder ? all new cylinders have a din thread :D

in 80's divers in Poland use to call Russian regs ,,rusty death'', quality much better then the Russian one, shipping might be expensive :)

its a din connection so they just work on 200 bar cylinders, in Poland and continental europe is hard to find a a-clamp that is p-22 2x8l 150 bar twinset, with manifold, and reserve valve. they where verry popular in 70's and 80's in Poland, here is link...
