I do that no issues at all. I switched to the holes at the tip of the fins few days ago just because they hang more compactly. All other fins hang from their heel strap.

I am talking about training and customizing the suit he has, as in cutting or enlarging the seal. I was going to suggest to him to find a good PADI instructor but now I am going to suggest to seek a NAUI instructor instead since you object to that. :p

More reason for you to seek proper training with an experience dive instructor to customize and use your drysuit. Trying to do it all on an online platform through anonymous faceless people on the internet is not optimal.
