Won't be able to make it this year unfortunately. I thought about maybe flying up for a day, but if Saturday is the only 1 day pass they do then there's no way i'll be able to make it. Went last year and had an absolute blast! Maybe next year

I thought they only lost the contract with Carnival? Though I believe Carnival is one of the 2 that are pulling out from the island (for the 2nd time and probably won't last more than a year again) over the dock dispute

Just got back from the lake. No diving.... everything is closed off. If you want in, you have to find and go through some private access. Several people have already been cited on Felony charges for "destroying government property"...
