    Sorry I haven't been around to give the moral support guys, but it looks like everybody is doing great. I'm still trying to stabilize my weight. I thought it was going to hold around 188 - 190 but the god of the bathroom tells me I'm at 186 now. Good luck to all!

    Once again the weigh in comes and goes, after one long week the scale god says 191 lbs. 10.5 months on the program for a total loss of 149 lbs. I'm thinking 2 more lbs and it'll be time to hit the brakes.
