I purchased two used Alum 80s - hydros good till 2013. Unfortunately they are filled with Nitrox (newbie here, so I can't use). is there anything special that needs to be done berfore filling them with air, short of emptying them?

Any suggestions on breaking in a new tank band? I thought about taking it off of the BC and letting it soak over night, rolling it, etc. In its current state, I cant snug it up tight enough to keep the tank from slipping. :depressed:
