Hi everyone! Just want to ask if you have latest news on the oil spill. Are there April reports / evidence from the ground that it has reached Mabini and Bauan. News has quieted down after the coastguard have declared crisis averted about 3 weeks ago. The basis of such declaration was not...
Hi there! I have been researching for Tubbataha dives for 2014 but it seem to have become very expensive. Based on what I got from the www, the rate now is between $1900 to $2500 depending on the fleets advertising on the web excluding the local airfare to Puerto Princessa . I seached here but...
Awesome!!!!! Where did you dive? You are truely blessed. I saw one in Apo Reef about that size but it was 20 feet deeper from where I was. One second it was there then.. gone. Good thing the vis was good otherwise, I would not have seen it.
Roger, we will be going to Moalboal on...
Aphrodisiac daw! If people have to eat, drink or wear a weird animal part to get an erection, they must be that desperate. But isn't that the reason why Viagra was invented?! More science and less voodoo superstition please.
The next reason is to show off their affluence. Since the...
Hello PPD! :D
My dive buddy, Mia Buenaventura is one of the 8 finalists in Nokia N8 Pierre Roxas short films from a close to a thousand entries. The idea is to piece together the puzzles and make a story what happened to Pierre Roxas in the last 8 days which he cannot remember.

Which only highlighted the poor investigative journalism skills of the authors on both newspapers. It seemed like they only got the story from one source - the unreliable coastguard. Shouldn't they have interviewed other people / experts which looked quite easy given the details being shared...
I'm finally here in South Point Divers in Saranggani eating Humba and drinking coffee on a hill top restaurant with a view to die for! The drive to the resort was beautiful. Saranggani has a charm that is uniquely it's own. :dork2: This is certainly the prettiest dive resort I've been to...
Thanks Sonar, Eau_Girl and pughio83! Glad to hear you like it. I have not seen one on any of my dives in the Phils, actually. One in Apo Reef but not a manta. The one with a pointed nose and spotted back. So, this just blew my mind.
Good times and good dives everybody. =)

Gi

Hi Gee,
I regularly fly from Manila to Cebu for work. I go to Bantayan Island via the Hagnaya Port. This port is 30 minutes to 1 hour away from Maya. I always go with the same rent-a-car and driver. The driver, Mang Ben, is a very nice and decent person. Good rates with official receipts...
