There are loads of diving shops and clubs in Copenhagen so it should be possible to find at place that can give you the course and then take on some nice dives so you can use it for something. The only shop I have used a little there is Kingfish. Try them.

I have never been to the Philippines and I am a cave and wreck diver but this trip is with my girlfriend that used to work in Cebu so we are going there for a visit and she is a new diver that likes nature and small stuff. I have a feeling that we will come back to see the wrecks sometime.
