The weight pockets are worn so new pouches will drop has at least 200 dives on it.

How long dose it take to get it back and how much dose it cost? My pockets are worn to the point that new weight pouch still falls out .Is it worth spending the money on it also has some wear and tear but still works other than the weight drop problem. There are at least a 200 dives on it.
