    Liveaboard Boats and Roaches

Been on the Palau Aggressor and the Truk Odessey -- not a single roach. Worst thing I've had to put up with is a little mustiness, which is to be expected on a liveaboard.

Tips for the Big Island in November, thanks.

I dove with Jack's Diving Locker -- although I probably have a bit of 'sentiment' for Jack's, since I did my check out dive with them in August of 2005, I do recommend them. Typically, I am not a fan of the larger dive boats, such as Jack's. However, Jack's was extremely well-run and efficient...

Cuan Law cancellation - be forewarned when you book

Just a word of advice for those going on this boat or other similar charters. I actually booked insurance for this trip from a large, nationally recognized insurer, thinking I would be safe if the Cuan law cancelled. What I failed to realize, and it is my own fault for not checking more...

    Galapagos Aggressor -- August 17

Actually, the price per night is exactly the same. This is a 10 day trip. There are no more 10 day trips in the Galapagos for the forseeable future. This was reserved years ago. The package was put together by my dive shop, PanAqua.com. You can ask for Peter.

    Galapagos Aggressor -- August 17

2 spots (1 room) available on the Aggressor next summer. Approx. $6,000 per person (+/- depending on the room), plus flights, park fees. Send me a note if you want the spot and I'll direct you to my local diveshop to secure the spot.
