UWL-H100 is pretty great with Ikelite S100, but we haven't tried any of the less expensive options on that housing. We get asked by a lot of people what lenses work well, work, and just don't. A resource like this helps us illustrate the differences. It is a data point, not a definitive answer.

In our testing, the dome attachment did not add a significant amount of usable field of view to LX5 after zooming to knock out vignetting.

Image stabilization will shift the lens elements enough to cause slight vignetting that is inconsistent in position. Our test shots were from a tripod, and even then I see an extremely small amount in the lower left corner that is not apparent in the smaller sized image posted in our review.

These are static o-ring seals, so even if lots of crud accumulates under the window there is no movement that can wear on an o-ring and eventually cause a leak. This is nothing to worry about.
