Cusps and size make me lean toward Deer. I would put my money on Deer.....

Yup, Yup... I'll second that!.. Fossil beds sure have been producing well this year... Had a 1'st time fossil diver only 12 yrs old find this just over 4-3/4" er on Sat..Very nice and serrated 100% er!! I think he's hooked... Vis was great too.. 10'+ in most areas....

Viz should be clearing up. Was top to bottom in 45-50' today.

1st and 2nd is turtle shell with bone attachment. need another pic or 2 of the 3rd pic down..

Second what Tom said. Vis has been quite nice. We've been seeing temps 60-63 deg and vis 5-10' ... As far as a wet suit goes I've had folks down from Michigan in 5 mil suits and they said they were just fine... lol .. Guess it takes a while for some people to thaw out once they get down... I...

Well, there's a few less nice megs in the Boneyard after today.... Good to still see em' coming up!2.5" and a 4.75" that was nearly 4" wide! few others.. mostly broke and smalls..

Well, that may be true.. no pole spears yet. And, yes.. I've personally done over 350 dives in the boneyard in the last 4 years without seeing one.. I was merely bringing this to everyone's attention.. And yes, we dive here weekly, day in and day out, and have not spotted one this year this...

Diver's, watch out for these guys! This was the first I've seen of one in the Boneyard. The Lionfish is an invasive species with poisonous spines.. Don't worry, I don't believe there has been any reports of a diver being killed by one. They have little to no know natural predators here and love...

All the way to Boca Grande. Well at least that's as far as I've searched. If you find them on the beach there in the water... That's the best I'ma tell ya'... Good luck!

Been gettin alot of PM rain the last few days... Gunna be hard to call it.. Ill be out all weekend. Wont be in the boneyard tho..... Ill try and post a report.

Had a BIG Mako on the boat Sat.. Hair over 2.5" It sure is good to still see productive spots this time of year...
