I only wore this a few times because I rarely dive 5mm. When its chilly I just dive dry. Its been taking up space in my dive locker. I believe it retailed for over $400.
I've found that it pays to not be in a rush to progress too quickly. It's quite valuable to build a solid foundation (that comes with time, patience and experience diving in many environments and conditions) before heading into more challenging diving.

It really depends on the dive. Dark cave and strong current, I switch to 30/30 around 80-85 feet. In open water with little current, I'll switch to helium when deeper than 100 ft. Sometimes I'll dive 30/30 in OW if the current is ripping.
