I thought I was going to be out of the country but it turns out I'll not leaving for Canada till the week after the show....might consider going this year....have to talk hubby into though.

Cross posted...... Well, we got home at midnight last night, slept in till 9am. As usual, a great trip aboard the Sand Dollar. Weather cooperated and the seas were calm. Viz was anywhere from 30-50ft depending on depth. Of course the best viz was at 200 ft at the farthest reaches of the sub...

wow Rob. Thanks a ton! great information. I found someone locally (an instructor at a local shop) who said he'd teach/help me. If he turns out to be unavailable I think I'll attempt it myself. Cant hurt I guess and I might give you a call. Thanks!

Any special tools required?

We called Rich. He said he couldnt help. He's only done wrists and wont touch a neck. He said craigs done 2. One successfully and one not so much.

I am in emergency need of a neck seal replacement for a trip next weekend. Does ANYONE locally do them? The seals should be here on Monday and I'm leaving for Cali on Thursday. I'll have to cancel the trip otherwise as I dont have a wet suit. Thanks!
