    Any shop that would let new students use defective equipment....I would avoid. The liability falls on the instructor for allowing this equipment to be used and the shop.

    Most of my salt water diving is in CT and RI. Fresh water....diving every day. Some really good diving in the Delaware River. Can get only 113' at the deepest. Fish life is awesome.
