I was wondering if you cut a regular fin in half would it work as good as a split fin. I have an xtra set of fins so im gonna try it out soon. has anyone ever tried it yet? if so what was the result?

i'm goin to the seacamp in san diego. Its very educational but its not as much diving especially since you have to go through the 1st step which has no diving at all. but im goin again this year and we have a dive trip to catalina, san clemente, or santa barbara.

The wisdom is very easy to use and everything is easy to read on the screen. ive had it for a while now and i like it. it a lot cheaper than the smartcom so thats a plus.

i have the sherwood magnum and i love it! so far, ive only taken it down to a 100 once but it worked fine down there. Great regulator and its at a good price too.

almost a year and a half...i think

I usually stay between teh depths of 40-70 feet. My dad isnt interested in deep diving so i stay at that depth. We always see plenty of stuff though.

Maybe you should take it to your local photo store and see if they know what the problem is and fix it. I think they would be able to fix it in time.

was the card cover opened and you didn't know? that could be the problem but ive never experience that when ive used the 5050

The Oly 5050 is a great camera. It has 2 macro modes: regular and super. in regular, you can get to 20 - 80 cm (7.9 - 31.5 in). In super macro mode you can get to 3 cm - 20 cm (1.2 - 7.9 in). As far as i know you can put a WAL lens onto the housing. Hope this helps.
