Sea Mode --> for deeps > 25f/8m

I just received my new DC1000 last week ...Here you have my first shots using a DC1000 MAXX.... (I used a little bit of photoshop on some to crop and make some balance).... I hope you like it !

No matter wich camera brand you use...it takes a lot of practice to make good shots.. here you have some macro shots using DC800.....ii know that i need a lot more of practice...but i'm now feeling happy with my shots.

you mentioned a detail that i have discovered in my last dives.....the new Digital Pro Flash desing (larger body) does not allows you to take a macro shot very very close to the subject....am I correct?.... have you think in some modification of the arm in order to get more mobility for...

Reading the DC1000 Camera Manual I found the following note: "The underwater modes already have a built-in anti-shake mode which is programmed into the cameras software"
It seem that it is a software based image stablization feature instead of an optical IS.... maybe Sealife Joe can clarify...

I was on a dive last weekend on my first try in using the MANUAL External Flash mode of the DC800....I'm happy with the resoults and I think that i'm NOT going back to the auto mode jeje.....Here you have some sample pics , please comment.

Show us some examples of the photos you got..... it seems that it's only a low light problem or you are not using the camera in the correct focus setting.
