A repository of 3D print STL sources

Last year I designed some brackets for hanging up various bits of kit for washing down. For some reson thingiverse didn't render the individual STL's. Printed in ABS. Scuba Diving Kit Wall Brackets by nickorossa I also designed some weight retaining clips too. I printed in ABS, and haven't...

    Mares Dive Organizer Questions

Did you manage to work this out? I'm speculating, but when you added your wife as a diver, you would have set a username/password. I think you need to login to dive organiser under that account for the sync to assign the dives to it. I use a quad air, and will probably get my daughter one in...

Anyone knows why these sites aren't dived so often?

Hi I can't answer your question on the wrecks, but regarding the UK scuba diving forums, I also have issues with them being very slow and some pages generating errors. Maybe drop an email to the 2 boat companies that use Swanage Pier to see what they say about the wreck popularity. Nick.

    UK - Sea Snake...?

Never heard of a pipe fish, but after googling it, I think you're probably right with its head on the left side, that looks like it maybe its snout that can be seen too. Seems more likely than a sea snake. Either way its a cool find. Thanks. Nick.

    UK - Sea Snake...?

Hi The only footage I've got is whats shown above. Didn't see it move, but we didn't hang around it long. I guess it could be a sea cucumber. I'm pretty new to all this.... Heck, it could be a fake rubber snake for all I know that someone put there for a laugh or dropped off the...

    Yamaha RDS200 Battery Connector

I've been looking around, but couldn't find anything close to these. Not even a picture online unless it was the battery or battery charger for the unit. Nick.

    Yamaha RDS200 Battery Connector

Hi Does anyone know the name for this connector on the Yamaha RDS200? Looking to get some so I don't need to spend three times as much on batteries. Would rather use the right connenctors; otherwise I'll cut it of on the battery side and put different ones on. Thanks. Nick. P.S. The...

Reading Wireless Air Transmitter using Arduino

I would imagine the chip will just be a COB so you won't know whats really under there.

Reading Wireless Air Transmitter using Arduino

Even finding that information seems difficult. Mares don't seem to provide it in their manuals and product specs. Suunto reference 5.3KHz in their d6i tech specs. Shearwater and compatibles use the 38KHz mentioned above. As for documentation on protocols and transmission details, I haven't...

Reading Wireless Air Transmitter using Arduino

Hi Has anyone managed to successfully read wireless air pressure transmitters using an arduino (or similar) and a suitable receiver? I did do a bit of searching, but couldn't find anything. Thanks. Nick.
