I have my gear insured thru H2Oinsurance.com which is the agency DAN uses. I've also read here you can add your gear to the homeowners insurance policy for a fraction of what it cost to insure it any other way. I'll have to check that out before renewing my policy.

+1 As it was said earlier on the thread, they are not focused on the individual/independent instructor. This is clearly seen in their elearning pass purchase system & commission scale and has very little to do with the technological ability to do so.
