SCUBA PRO MK VI
Another collectors regulator ! Certainly a rare one !
A project for a future rainy day - if and when it will ever rain in SoCal

Interesting comments ...
Interesting the lack of interest by the vintage regulator enthusiast
BUT
After a review and consideration of dive history the answer is obvious
US recreational diving began in the 1920s in SoCal- Sturgil -Bottom Scratchers etc
The first recreationally...
@Diverdon
As has become your habit --
A great story -- well presented with superb rock solid UW photography with just the right amount of narration to retain the viewers interest.

I shared your regulator pictures with wife Betty, She remined me 1956 was 64 years ago. an entire news generation had been born , grew up and many had retired. Most current divers had never seen or heard of a DivAir regulator

If you quote dive history do research and quote history correctly ...
There is an ample supply of late model dive historians who preface a statement with

Duck Feet is a Specific Fin -- Not a generic term for a type of...
Bugs is STILL desperately attempting to reach Pismo-- I suspect if he ever arrives he will be to fatigued to climb the hill-- so it will be a long time before I receive it and even longer before I can cash my blood money .
You and your restoration is encouraging me -- I should pull out my...
GOOD GOSH !

A fully restored to factory fresh right out of the box DivAir !

The litigation was the end of the SCUBA Pro pneumatic regulator yoke
The pneumatic yoke inventory was slowly depleted and no new yokes were produced
Real collectors items
Some day they will be displayed in a museum of diving
SDM
@AfterDark
This litigation was the end of the pneumatic yoke attaching Mark VI
What inventory remained was marketed as fill station attachment
Which was a darn good easy to use attaching yoke
I also wish I had saved one just to ply around with it

@drbill
