My husband (30+ years diving and photography) uses less air on the rare occasions he doesn't take his big a** camera rig. As long as he doesn't forget to add a couple pounds to make up for it. I think he spends a fair amount of effort positioning himself, and offsetting water movement to stay there.

This is what I do. I don’t usually need hands free for a camera or anything so a handle is usually a better option for me. I think I may have even slipped a length of plastic tubing on it to make it more comfortable.

That’s actually a somewhat tricky question for T&C. Are you looking for the AI to include diving, or just food and have a dive op convenient enough that can handle your group? (And how big a group?) There are a bunch of AIs in T&C, but I don’t think most of them work well due to expense...

When we were at a different resort (Pura Vida) in Dauin some people in our group took a jeepney on off-gas day into Dauin proper or maybe as far as Dumaguette. Don't recall what they did but they seemed to have fun (or maybe exhilarated from cheating death.) Perhaps something to look into...

Most of this sounds pretty standard Caribbean Aggressor, including “up to 27 dives” per the website. I would guess that the “anchorage situation” is that they don’t have moorings at most of the places they dive, at least not ones suitable for a boat that size. So they need to moor or anchor...

Molokini back wall is a cool dive/drift. Inside is ok but might be on ti skip if limited time. (Coolest part about inside to me was just the idea if diving in a crater.)

What do you want to see? Plenty of land based diving in the Phillipines. Indonesia is nice to do liveaboard but you can certainly do land based there. Ditto for Palau, Maldives. Lots of Pacific islands out there…

yeah, this is from marinetraffic.com which doesn't tell you much unless you subscribe. Aside from height, that boat has a lot of surface. Decks that would be more like half decks or less and open much of the way on most liveboards, look all enclosed.
