Well, I was on the sheboygan 2 months ago and it was 4c at depth. I would guess it would not be above 10c at depth. In Tobermory last weekend it was between 4 and 10C at depth and as high as 20C at the surface.

In general no, as we tend to dive independently as 2 man teams, but if it were guided or it were specified that we would surface if the other guys did I would.

My father and I are the opposite way. He is in better shape than me, and I am taller, but I tend to use about 500psi less. Though the diving we do is purely buddy based. He also dives in a dry suit, which is probably a contributing factor.

My solution for that problem was to take a Solo cup (to hold the glove/boot open) and aim a simple desk fan into the openings. I do like your solution though. One question, is the blower's motor brushless?

I dive cold water, I carry a pony. I would also carry it in warm water. Why? Redundant safety is intelligent. Since I dive with a single cylinder it is needed.
