A lot of kamikaze bees at the bar too. I tried to stay at the Tabacon but it was fully booked. We ended up staying at the Arenal Volcano Observatory, the closest lodging to the volcano. It was originally built for the National Geographic Society to observe the volcano.

Did you enjoy the hot springs at Tabacon? That was one of our highlights. Nice hot spring water pools surrounded by the lush tropical environment.

OK, I was wondering why there isn't more bridges and ferries. Some pleaces I loticed are about 5 miles apart but separated by a body of water. To get to one point to another they end up making over an hour journey.

However it's easier to find somewhere that teaches PADI courses than NAUI. On the other just because it's easier to find PADI courses it doesn't mean it's better than NAUI.

Congrats. :) I have bought a dive computer on ebay and it wasn't from an authorized dealer. Everything worked out great but warranty would have been worthless. The item was brand new in the original box but if it had turned out to be defective I would have been out of luck.
