The PRODUCT of the pressure and volume increase as the temperature rises however unless there is more information or observational evidence it is hard to answer accurately or unless one is taught that both the tank and balloon will see a rise in pressures and temperatures.

I used to put them in my checked bag but they wound rampaging through it trying to figure out what it was.
not to nitpick, but a bowline is NOT a permanent knot, and will easily come undone if not under load (like maybe when the flag is floating in no current on a slack line) especially on a polypropylene rope.
