Once you starting relaxing you will need less weight and less air. Another tip, try humming a tune. This way you are exhaling completely and it slows your breathing down. Remember to have some fun.......

There is a quarry on the south side of Monroe that a dive shop is trying to set up for diving. I do not think it is open for diving yet. Last time I heard, the vis was about 3-5 feet.
