And you can wiggle your toes! I will often have people tell me the straps on my FFs are loose and dangling. The FF's are so efficient in forward propulsion that they will creep up on your foot as they push you along.

I find the old style dive watch is invaluable in getting to the dive boat on time.

The ~ 1" Channel in the plate places the tank and can to sit away from your back. The standard backplate is just not a great fit for DH.
