That’s just poor maintenance.
Not all bubble stream are leaks; I have a stream of bubbles from an air port on my first stage - as is designed - been told I’ve get a leak numerous times.
As there on separate cylinders it doesn’t matter. I run a Sherwood on my main cylinder and ScubaPro on the pony. Also have an Aqualung 2nd stage on the main.
It doesn’t mater how experienced you are in travelling, you can still miss something simple.
I’m in Florida for a weeks diving before joining the invasion, and yes I don’t pack the USB charging lead for my camera. The multi connection thingy I have doesn’t fit because the camera door is in the...
That really depends on where and the type of dives you’ve planned. On the South coast you could get away with it, if Scotland I suggest a drysuit (but do you know how to use one?).
From the Raid website “Dive RAID International is registered as a company in the United Kingdom, and we are headquartered there. However, we have offices world-wide.” Though the site is dated 2023.

If the 7 thread is on you DV and the cylinder is 5 thread, no problem. Just make sure it’s seated properly. I’ve been diving this configuration for over 20 years.
5 thread DV and a 7 thread cylinder will never seat. That’s to stop 200/232bar equipment being fitted to a 300bar gas source.
