Not just the states, but some private companies offer a database, like Walmart.

I wouldn't recommend putting ANY money into anything to do with visiting Cayman right now - while there is a plan, there are far too many variables outside of the government's control right now - things could so easily change.

If this is an important issue for you, then write to your congress-person - it takes the time to write an email, but may help make a difference.

I stayed at Cobalt Coast during the Divetech days twice. It's away from other bars and restaurants, but with a car or taxi you can get there quickly. The west side gives you far more shore diving options, if you want to supplement your boat diving.

It would be awesome if Tukka could be in Morgan's Harbour! I love the place and the food. While you obviously won't get the same view there, if the food is available that would be wonderful.
