So this thread is looking mighty dead and slow but Ill post anyways, I am a pretty active diver out of victoria and moving into the lower mainland. I usually try to dive about 2-3 times a week. Anyone want to get together and hit up some of the local sites on the lower mainland?

Great information guys! I was pretty close to making the heated vest purchase last winter while diving, But everytime I see the price tags I tell myself I wasnt thaaaaat cold on the last dive =P

How? Diving dry with a 400g thinsulate bare undergarment as well as a merino wool top and long johns, i get cold after an hour in the water at depth. What is your secret?!

Finished this book the other day! Overall, it was a good read and helped me through a dry spell of books recently while I hunt for other good dive books. Some minor things like how the characters seemed sort of shallow and under developed. I could never guess the protagonists age either...
