    the only thing i would not recommend is the veo. I have seen an abnormal amount of leaks in the battery compartment of the veo series of computers including the aeris, genisis, sherwood equivlents

    you can do it either way. I dive mine down for a lower profile but many people dive it up because they are afraid of hitting their head on it (I have never had that happen) or they just want a couple more inches of play out of the swivel.

    Fin recommendations for bad knees

    split fins help a lot. The scubapro has perfected the split with the twin jets and it is a much easier kick than most fins. We have had people with knee and back surgerys tow people against current with them before.

    The scubapro jet sports in full foot are a great fin with a vent for less drag and flexible blade for easier kicking.

    frameless choice

    I dive the scubapro frameless and they now have a frameless mini for smaller faces and some cheaper optoins with the orbit and solo. The subgear action is also a good mask with a low volume. The ghost mask is nice but its all white (not for all people)

    Easy ways for staying warm?

    poor some warm water down a wetsuit before you get in the water and that will skip the step of your body heat warming the water that seeps into the suit.

    The more running water you use the better. The dunk tanks aren't the best once one person uses it the tank i sno longer freshwater.
