impulse, why are you so worried about accidental decompression dives? Sure, it can happen if you aren't paying attention and wind up overstaying your welcome. But, as long as you're paying attention to your depth/time and your dive computer, decompression just won't sneak up on you and bite...

I've always been pretty happy with DAN...they've been really great about being available for advice. I've got the middle plan (can't recall what it's name was). The standard plan only covered accidents that happened above 130 feet, and the coverage amounts were smaller than the other two...
