i machine wash mine, and just dry it on low without any fabric softener .

i use a 10[-].5[/-]mm fisheye and a 100mm macro. those are my two workhorses.

There are days when the aquarium and a nice lunch are about the best you can do. I dont dive in washing machine conditions... I've learned the hard way from my youthful surfing days not to mess with an angry ocean.

I use a moleskin for my logbook now too. they are cheap and durable.

i use the pelican, but carry a backpack for the regs, computer, laptop, mask etc.

I'm out for the weekend, but now that work is winding down mid week dives this week and next may be in order.

I dive with the camera all the time. If i buy something I'm going to use it. Thats what insurance is for.

I guess that means larger loads for the remaining charter boats.

I wish I could be there. I lugged my equipment to the east coast (from CT down to the Carolinas to find out the charter I had planned for Megalodon tooth and civil war artifact searching has been canceled. Oh well. -This is my 3rd attempt at this dive. I guess the fossils have been there...

I always thought I was plenty hydrated until I got a p-valve and now I just drink as much water as I want. I find I feel a lot less tired and refreshed compared to timing my hydration before. I wish I would have installed the valve earlier.... just like other good equipment choices I delay.

I cant do a goodman handle can light because of the large camera rig. I have a nocturnal lights setup thats good for fill lighting as well as a very nice focus light. The only drawback is that it eats up the batteries. Has anyone figured out how to wire up a can light battery pack to a dslr rig?

just keep adding days until they take your reservation. they dont charge you for the days you dont use. this works anytime there is a block on reservations. there are always cars.

Updates: Well its that time. I recently upgraded my camera to a 5dMkII and need to raise money for a new housing. I am selling my previous housing and camera setup but holding onto my strobes and ports since they can make the migration to the new housing. For Sale:::: Sea and Sea...
