Try the Henderson HyperStretch hood. It has a lot more stretch that a normal hood. The Henderson Gold Core hood is an exellent hood, just doesn't strech as much.
Medic13, if you still have your NASDS card you can go to any SSI shop and they can get you a current SSI card with a number on it. Beginning April 1st all NASDS replacement cards are being converted to SSI.
For what it's worth, Luxfer has been working on a fiber wrapped 104 or 105 cu ft tank @ 4200 psi. As far as I know the DOT has not certified it yet. Also fiber wrapped tanks in the U.S. have a 15 year life span. This is a DOT regulation.
