One thing I want to know is why Divers dont use Carbon Fiber Wrapped Tanks. They have workign pressures of 4500PSI, and are hydroed at something like 7500PSI. I know Scott makes a large carbon fiber tank for firefighters. ITs very light though, would the added bouyancy be good or bad?
