I got certified in Palau (nothing like doing it right) by Sam's in '06. The times we dove Blue corner, the current was mild. We did Ulong channel and that was a blast. The guides were great. Things happened as they briefed it, so no surprises if you pay attention. I hope you get to do Palau...

When I got certified in Palau, I met a lot of folks who were either coming from or going to Yap for the mantas. I think that was because of Cont. airlines route.

Thanks for the info!!! Another question for you all....at what depth would the flash be needed? For example, tropical waters...let's say 75-100' vis, decent water clarity. And would that change as the sunlight changes. For example maybe no flash at noon....but at 3 pm....now maybe a flash?

I rinse X2 day. However, I have done it as much X4 when feeling really lousy. I was dong okay for awhile, but I'm feeling the pressure again in my head.

Got the phone call from my doc, in his words: Your sinuses are in a bad way. Going to see ENT after x-mas. News not good....major sinus problems (chronic sinusitus). I'll keep using the saltwater as it does provide some relief.
