Simple is best, especially with seafood. Scallops wrapped in bacon and grilled are marvelous! Even better if you marinate in Dale's!

While I agree with you that they can be found Chaseh (not easy 'round here) the FDA still says it's a no-no. If the cheese groups are successful, everyone in the country will soon know the joys of real cheese.

The risk in cheese isn't from leaving it out at room tempurate, but rather using unpasturized milk during the cheese making process. Salmonella could, maybe, possibly, remotely get into the milk. So that's why the cheese in this country sucks.
