I can see an unlikely scenario where the pull dump valve is stuck, so the corrugated hose got overpressure. In this case a good rinse and soak should take care of it.
My best guess, the original zip tie slipped/broke, then the replacement wasn't installed well. You did replace it after the...
There is nothing sterile about the human mouth.
I rinse with water, then with Streramine then let air dry. For multi day trips, I rinse daily and Steramine about once a week.
The scaling factor from air to oxygen is based on relative FO2, so for linearity checks you always use 20.9%. As @inquis says you do have to adjust for relative ambient pressure when comparing historical measurements.
Maybe I missed it in some other comments, but you should be deviding your air measure by FO2 (20.9%) not PPO2 to calc your expected linearity to 100%. Altitude is not relevant.
This makes it vary easy to get into a situation where your buddy does not have enough gas for you in an emergency. Have you and your buddy done gas matching for the dissimilar tank sizes? You will probably find you still need to call the dive in about the same time, you just have more leftover...
Sounds like how I would feel if I was carrying tanks around for a few days, then didn't pay attention to nutrition one day.
Maybe a little bit of muscle fatigue, a little bit of arthritis, a little bit of hypoglycemia, and a mild ear infection from water exposure?
My Oxycheck O2/He unit is two devices daisy chained in the same case. Looking at form factors on their webpage, I'm sure I could add their CO analyzer to the chain(Expedition O2 + Expedition He + Expedition CO). They used to sell an O2+He combo, but I don't see it on the site. The case mine...
@lowwall
As @Wibble said, the more meticulous you are the more confidence you have in the unit. That, said the KISS units are already simple and easy and the GO looks even easier. I would say 20 minutes on top of your normal setup time. About the same to break it apart rinse it and lay it...
First dive on the Greenflash sensor yesterday. It and the two new SF2 cells were all within .02 of each other for the entire two hours. Toward the end I lost cell one readings on my Perdix, but not the Nerd. This is one of the analog cells. I'm thinking I must have a short at the solder joint...
This is pretty much my life without regular chiropractic care. A lifetime of betting the crap out of my body and everything needs assistance to stay in place.
Warning: There are a lot of bad chiropractors out there. It's kinda similar to trying to find a good scuba instructor.
I believe David Doolette said fairly clearly in RF4 that doppler bubble measurements are only useful across large test samples and not for the individual divers/dives.

I see a lot of strait up stupid CCR gas planning. Primary gas aside, why is everyone in cave country afraid to take an 80 of O2. I see CCR divers planning an hour of deco with just a 40 for bailout, and probably not even a full one.
