    Mini Wide Angle Lens

All 3 of those links show the same lens. It looks like they are just from different sides/angles so in some you can see the logo, and some you cannot. But that is all the same item, SL973.

    Nope, sorry. Just JPEG.

    Mini Wide Angle Lens

Which 2 pictures do you see? We only make one wide angle lens for the ReefMaster mini (SL973). Perhaps the other picture is for the wide angle lens for the DC500/600 (SL970)?

    Picture error? What's up?

Parrothead, do the pictures appear over-exposed? If they are over exposed you may need to send the camera in for service. You also want to try a different SD card. Denise

    Sealife DC800

The DC600 wide angle lens will fit on the DC800, however we don't recommend using it. The wide angle lens is a 24 mm and the DC800 is 28 mm. If you used the wide angle lens, it would cause vignetting and you would have to zoom in/out to get rid of it, which would defeat the purpose of the wide...

    Sealife DC800

Actually, the DC800 will not need a wide angle lens attachment. The lens itself is 28mm so it is wide angle already! ;)

LowVisWis, I would suggest you send it in to our service department and let our technician take a look. You can send it to the address below with a note explaining the problem. Denise

    Reefmaster Mini Depth

Rob, The ReefMaster Mini does not come with a memory card - none of our cameras do - but you can find them just about anywhere. Yes, it does come with the USB cable to connect to your computer. Denise

    Lanyard Attachment Mod

This sounds like the same question donnad had. Does your RMM have a keyring type attachment on the back or just the hole to loop the lanyard in?

    Lanyard Attachment Mod

You could use the float strap. It easily attaches to your BC or can go on your wrist as well. Accessories | 3X Close-up Lens & Underwater Filter

SeaLife Digital Strobe--why no diffuser available?

The SL968 Flash Diffuser is for the SL960/SL906D strobes. prskate2 is exactly right - the new SL961 Digital Pro Flash does not need a diffuser beacuse it has the options to adjust the brightness manually or to use the auto mode and let the flash work for you.

    Reefmaster Mini Depth

Nope, not at all. We guarantee the camera up to 130 feet.

    One more question Denise

When did you purchase your mini? We have heard this before, and made a change so that the plastic hole is now attached to a stainless steel ring that you would loop the lanyard through which makes it a much more sturdy.

Shooting Video with my DC500: Better than on my Canon

The reason we put suggestions as opposed to limits is because the card size we recommend is the card size the camera was originally tested with during the R&D phase of development. The size we suggest is what we can guarantee will work, because it has been tested. Does this answer your...

    Why use a strobe - DC600?

Of course it works :) When the external flash fires the light sensor located in the front of the flash will instantly measure the light reflecting from the subject. If it senses too much light, it will quickly stop the flash and prevent the image from being over-exposed. There are 4...

question about the new float strap SL920

The Digital Pro Flash is neutral-positively buoyant so you should have no problem. It should still float with the float strap. The easiest way to dive with the camera and strobe is probably going to be based on personal preference. The strobe does have a flexible, rubberized arm for easy...

    Reefmaster Mini ISO

It really depends on the situation. The best setting is the Auto setting, because it will automatically select the best ISO based on the conditions. You can experiment with the setting,s trying different ones and pick the best one suitable for the situation/condition. Keeping it on Auto will...

Shooting Video with my DC500: Better than on my Canon

Those are the recommendations from SeaLife. We know there to be no problems with using the suggested SD/SDHC sizes. Yes, it's true that many people use larger cards without problems, but these are just recommendations from us based on our testing.
