Sealife Reefmaster Mini-- White Display Screen

If it was bought second hand, I'm not sure if it would be covered under the warranty. Since this was not a US purchase, the best I can do is put you in contact with the service technician, Peter, at Samir Digital, which is our distributor in Dubai. You would need to contact him and see what...

    Reefmaster mini lock-up?

A few questions would help us to troubleshoot this issue: -What brand and size of SD memory card did you use? -How many times has the camera locked-up? -What was the state of the AA batteries when the lock-up occurred? Full - middle – low? -Did the camera locked-up during or after...

    DC800 Audio bug.

We see this as a minor issue as the interference is easily masked by the usual underwater sounds. The minor intereference is only heard if there are no other sounds. However, as I posted yesterday, we are looking into this and will follow up.

    DC800 Audio bug.

We do acknowledge some minor audio interference when taking video and we are working on a solution. The audio interference is usually masked by other sounds. It is also helpful to edit your underwater videos using Microsoft Movie Maker, which allows you to add music, titles and make other...

Yes we have inner cameras available for replacement - sometimes we have the option of new or refurbished as well. We don't always have them in stock, so it depends on the time and camera model you are looking for. As the DC500 has been discontinued for a little bit over a year, stock is...
