    Scuba...the "rich man's" sport

Full time college student and part time worker = very very poor. The money that I do get from work is spent keeping my car running to get me to dive sites, and dive trips/gear/training.

    problem with Genesis H-valves

Thats the funny thing, I used the exact same o-rings that came out of it. I dont throw anything away until I know its in working order. It has both myself and my LDS confused.

    Fresh or Salt?

I dive mostly freshwater, being a college student does give me much of a chance to spend money for a charter in the salt. Although, I enjoy them both equally, they are both unique in their own way and cant particullary be compared.

When I put it together and turned the air on, air is leaking out of the handle on both valves and both tanks. I had my LDS rebuild them, also they got the rebuild...

    Buddy Separation - Safety Stop??

The SMB idea is excellent. IMO anybody diving in open water should carry one at all times. I was taught that one victim is better than two, so always do a safety stop. If I'm diving in 30 ft or shallower i'll skip it, but deeper than 30ft if I have the air I will do one. Just my two cents

    Looking for Eagles Nest

Thanks all very much, I have decided not to go there anytime soon due to the visibility. Have talked with a few people at a LDS and they were saying its only like 5-10 ft. It will be done in the future I've been waiting for 4 years now to get the certs to do it.

    Looking for Eagles Nest

Hey guys, I'm a new poster to the forum, but a long time reader. I am looking for Eagles Nest, I know how to get to the Chassahowitzka wildlife area, but from there I have no idea how to get to Eagles. If you would either reply or PM me with directions and I would be very greatful.
