The air is prolly good but i agree with Do It Easy. I know i have used air thats about 2 months old, dont try to go anymore than that.

dive more and you will get better, and also start humming a song while diving. it makes you mostly exhale and not take as deep of breaths. You also dont skip breathe when doing this

I prefer a truck, just my style. although SUV's and mini vans work well also. my buddy has a chevy astro van and absolutely loves it. when we go caving he will setup an airmattress inside and use it as a tent along with his gear. but any type of vehicle that has a tailgate

if you dont plan to go into any overhead environments the 5 ft hose will be long enough and it will stay in place, i use a 7ft hose in both overhead and ow environments and it stays in place, its a little differnt but you will get used to it very quickly

i would take the nitrox class, i dont dive regular air often, but when i do i wish i had nitrox. be spoiled take the class

If money isnt an option that id go for path 2. good luck on which ever you should choose and have fun.

To me AOW is what it is advanced. I do not think someone just certified with very few dives under their belt should continue on AOW. If you have a concern, that means you should probably wait. AOW is not hard, i found it to be very similiar to OW. But always waiting and getting more dives under...

my buddy (the instructor) and I (helper) both use bp/w when we teach, we show them that type of gear.

demand is definetly out there, but if DUI was there they may have been putting on a demo. I know that here in cave country, fl, dui comes out and you can test dive some of there dry suits.
