I doubt your 119 is 40 lbs negatively buoyant its probably around -10 full and -2 empty. As for me in a drysuit with a 200 gram jumper and a HP Steel 100 and a -5 backplate - I wear 4 lbs so hopefully when I switch to doubles none.
