I've been wondering the same thing! A friend of mine just got back from there, and said it is possible, although she also thinks I'm Bat-*hit crazy. I'll see what I can get as far as who they went with and who she asked about it for me.

I can only imagine what was uncovered by the storm. I heard a lot of coral damage occured, but hope that can come back. I got my start with Tsunami on Camp Foster. Still keep in touch with many of them there, and have also had many memorable dives with Doug and his crew from Reef Encounters...

First off, welcome to the site and I'm sorry you had this experience. As it has been said, there are a lot of fellow divers on here that can offer assistance. I would continue to poke PADI on the issue, and also contact the authorities in the area and file a complaint with them. It's too bad...

Get the exposure suit as it has been said already. If you have a good LDS with newer gear, try some things before you pull the trigger. Some prefer back-inflate BCDs, some prefer chest-inflate/jacket style BCDs. Try them each and then make your own decision. If you can try a Backplate and Wing...
