It's nice idea to have all you gas displayed on one read-out. But at what cost? 4 stage dive, means 4 transmitters (plus backgas 5!!). Lots of money when an SPG will do the job and you don't wince as much when one breaks and you have to buy a new one.

I think you underestimate what Fundies is. It is the base level for all GUE courses, without that foundation you're basing too much on what is written on the internet. To actually experience the class and go through the materials (with an instructor) opens out the approach to diving in a whole...

I emailed Kady at GUE and she said speak to the IT/IE that you wish to take the course with. So I did. It's that simple. They can say yes or no.
