    O2 Analyzers

Every where I have gotten a nitrox fill, I had to sign a sheet saying what the mix is. Many years ago when I took my nitrox class we were told it's a requirement to analyze your own tanks. Plus I usually have air left in my tank which changes the percentage, unless the shop doesn't have banked...

    O2 Analyzers

You still have to be able to check your tanks even with an inline analyzer.

    WOW!! A smart diving mask

I loved the Aeris Data Mask even though it was a little bulky. I dive in a lot of low vis waters, but I could always read the display even in "0" vis.

    O2 Analyzers

That is not entirely correct, you should at least witness the analyzing test if you aren't allowed to test it yourself. Some shops don't like outside divers other than employees to use their expensive analyzers.

    Best Warm Water Glove Options?

These are the ones I buy. I buy by the dozen and use them at work, and for yard work. I even donated some to the Oklahoma Aquarium, and they are the gloves of choice for cleaning the tanks. They last so much longer than neoprene gloves and at less than $3 a pair, you can't beat the price...

    first dive with BPW

I had the same experience with the Halcyon Eclipse bc. II ended up going back to my old Aqualung Balance. It was much lighter and the I liked the weight pockets much better. I recently purchased a new Scubapro Hydro Pro, and dove it only 2 times so far, but think I am going to like it a lot...

Love my SeaLife Micro 2.0 w/o lights

Kimela, mentioned all the things I love about my Micro 2.0. One thing she didn't mention is they have great customer service also. I had an Olympus with the tray and digital flashes, I had about $1100 invested. I got a thread caught in the o-ring and it flooded. It became an expensive...

    Underwater Map for Shore Dive?

I do the shore dive in front of Del Mar and Park Royal every year in June when I come down. I usually get Mario at Tikilla to guide me. We usually do close to a 2 hour dive. He knows where to find the Sea Horses, Bat fish, Octopuses. He is also a great photographer. He charges me $28, includes...

Looking for Scubapro to provide some information on the Hydros Pro BC

The dive shops in my area keep all their bc's on hangers, including the Hydro's Pro. I have one and keep it on a hanger for storage at all times and haven't had any problems.

    Bull Shark Diving in Playa

You need to find a new dive op, I have been there 7 times and have seen tons of marine life. Last June alone I probably saw at least 20 nurse sharks on 5 dive trips. You do see a lot more marine life on the shallower dives, above 60' though.
