When I was in Coz, the dive op required the nitrox users to analyze (or watch them analyze) and mark their own tanks before signing the log. Then the op carried the tanks to the boat, and each person found their own labeled tanks to set up their gear.

Yeah, that's what I like about it too. My regular shop often ends up with 1 - 2 ppm CO in the tanks, but I haven't figured out why, and the owner hasn't either.

The COOTwo is the one I have, and it seems to work well. I don't test every tank, but I test every fill (If I have two tanks filled at the same time, I don't test both of them).

That is an interesting question! I'll see if I can come up with a test for it. I'm pretty much blind as a bat without my contacts (extremely near-sighted)

I've nearly lost contacts while wearing them in heavy rain when a drop went directly into my eye, but not while diving. I do keep my eyes partly shut while swimming, so that my eyelids kind of hold the lenses in place, but I can still see just fine.

That's similar to what my instructor built, except he uses a plastic milk crate. I'd go with the rope to hang the tank, so you can cut it if necessary.
