You all have good points but in the long run I see a few dive shop owners eating cabbage for dinner if they don't change there business plans and attitudes.

You don't need coordinates I think they are talking about diving off the very end tip of the break wall at the bottom of scarborough bluffers park. You can't drive your car to the outer tip because you have to go through the private marina so Park in the parking lot just west of the restraunt...

Blame the training agencies that allow it and the few instructors that teach it for a quick cash turn around .

Go to a walk in clinic they can sign you off on that medical its not to detailed, just take the PADI or other agency medical form with you. A professional medical such as those done for commercial divers will run you over $500 Cash and is not covered by Ohip and unnecessary for recreational...

This is an easy fix just have him insulate around the compressor wall room and run a hose from his oil and mositure seperator into a bucket coverd by a wooden box this will silence that air gushing noise.
