The son of the victim has just informed us Via Forum that his Mother was removed from life support late yesterday, and passed away as a result of her injuries. It is believed that she suffered a heart attack. RIP
They are not out of business he moved over to 306 yonge St in Barrie Ontario and now its called The Contractors group. I'm sure nothing will change in the way of business tactics and attitude.
I think with DOT they would be concerned about the weight over your trailer axle and if your carrying any type of multi gas in commercial cylinders your trailer would have to display the proper dangerous good signs. DOT officers have close to the same powers as most highway patrol officers they...
I'm not sure either, it may be bolted on from the inside so that would mean you would have to pull the crank apart from the other side to get it off or it may also be part of the entire casting and you have a pin hole. Remember scuba compressors are like Harleys they spit oil everywhere.
REMEMBER! ALL THE K14's CAN FILL TO 5000 PSI, THEY WERE JUST FACTORY SET FOR SPECIFIC APPLICATIONS WHEN SOLD AND IN OLDER DAYS WHEN THEY WERE FIRST INTRODUCED ONTO THE MARKET SCUBA TANKS ONLY HAD A 2250 CAPACITY SO THERE WAS NO NEED FOR COMPRESSORS TO PRODUCE ANY HIGHER PRESSURE. I'VE SEEN MANY...
Its part of the crankcase assembly don't try and pull pull anything off you may crack the case. The entire crankcase assembly comes out of the housing from the left coil side of the compressor, I'm not sure if that left side oil pump housing comes off or not its been years sense I've had to...
I heard he was on a DiveRite Optima, if he didn't turn his gas on the computer would flash crazy red on the hand set hard to miss or he could of by mistake used an old scuber cartrage or put the unit together wrong who knows theses are just a few possibilities.
SCUBA Steve you don't have to sell the gear to be able to service it, I'm sure Guy with over 35 years service experiance at Aquarius or any other service technician for that matter can obtain the parts as required.
Dean and his wife are nice folks but I can't speak for his servicing as I never had anything serviced there. I do recommend Guy Pilan at Aquarius he has 35 years experience in regulator service.
Good luck
