I dont think it matters if the water can go where it wants there would be no air cavities left and the only difference would be the mass of the shell which is something but i dont think the shell weighs much. They are plastic arent they?
I would think completely flooded or nose off it would be 20lbs or so negative because of batteries and motor but i dont know my maths is weak

looks like if this math is correct a 450lb cast iron cannon weighs 180lbs less in sea water
so weight in sea water would be 270 which is a 40...

What does significantly negative mean? Thats anyone's guess that scooter is 54llbs
Perhaps just a silly idea on my part...
The thought was the scooter going significantly negative 40lbs or so due to a flood and getting pulled down to 240ish feet in a rapid descent.
